I am the MothGoddess, fair bastion of powdery wings and nightly flutters. I bid you welcome to my etherial abode.

Grab a mothball to sit on, watch some dream T.V., have a bowl of cereal.

What?

No Elderberry Crunchies?!

Oh, no milk.

Hey, buddy! It's not my fault Huff ate every cow within 1500 miles!

Geez.

My Statement of Assertion

Once, we as a people were united. Difference made us special, not hated, and uniqueness was counted a blessing. People change with time, and with sorrow I look around and note the despair. No more, say I, from my stance in this situation. I am as unique as any, and I proclaim myself proud to be what I am. I am Kridikayd'n.

Never again will you and your spiteful fellows drive me under. Never again will my back bend under the whip of your dissatisfaction. Standing firmly in my Knowledge, holding the Sword of Truth, I retake the Star of my Heart.

I am the child from violet skies, daughter of my House, a traveller from another place. Neither you nor your enemies shall strip that from me; I will always be what I am. Not even time can change that, only enhance.

I was, I always will be, Kausha, daughter of Hassah, who came from Hahn of the house of Cheesha, Brother to Kauheena. The Magheestah. Of Shiro, the Blue Valley, stronghold of my kind. The Star of the Dream People.

Though the universe has changed, our roles with it, I am still me. I danced at a sluagh years ago, I wake and go to work today. I stand in the city and watch lights flicker. I stand in the woods and turn my face to the moon. The future is as much mine as I belong to it. I may be a teacher tomorrow, a beggar next month. Wherever, whenever or whatever I am, the beginning will never change. And never again will you take that.

Never again.
